Members of the Media/Press can now register their interest to attend IT&CMA and CTW 2010. If you are an accredited Editor/Journalist/Producer working for an acclaimed MICE or Corporate Travel media, you can submit an application for the Media Hosting Programme.

Only bona fide editors, journalists and writers will be admitted as Accredited Press. Applicants must first meet the organisers’ validation criteria before they are confirmed for the Media Hosting Programme. Please submit your application for the Media Hosting Programme by 19 July 2010.

Hosted Media Privileges

Hosted and Non-Hosted Media Responsibilities

• Media delegates are expected to attend all compulsory and key media events which have been arranged for them throughout the event
• To provide the necessary pre- and post-event coverage and reports in their publications (minimum
  of 1 pre-event and 1 post-event article)
• To submit via post TWO voucher copies of the issues in which the articles on IT&CMA and CTW have been published

General Information

• Entry to media centre, media events, official functions, exhibition and conference is by MEDIA badge only.
• The Media Badge is not transferable.
• Please be punctual for all media events, press conferences and seminars. This is to ensure that our
  programme runs on schedule and that you will be able to cover all events comfortably.
