Appointment Matching for Better Results The Doublebill event makes it easy for MICE and business travel suppliers to save time and resources. With access to a larger pool of buyers from two markets, exhibitors can maximise their participation through one-to-one pre-scheduled meetings to sell, negotiate and secure deals with buyers from the Asia-Pacific, USA, Europe and the rest of the world. PRE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
Registered IT&CMA buyers and sellers will receive a list of exhibitors and buyers respectively before the show. They are required to select through the new online system the companies / persons on the list whom they would like to meet, ranking in order of their preferences. These choices are then submitted to the organisers for computerised matching in the following order: 1. Perfect Match between a buyer and a seller to meet each other 2. Buyerʼs Preference in meeting a seller 3. Sellerʼs Preference in meeting a buyer ONLINE DIARY
The Online Diary is open to registered IT&CMA and CTW Exhibitors and Corporate Travel Managers/Planners only. - Early
September: Online Diary opens. Registered exhibitors and corporate
travel managers/planners will receive access key and guidelines to
preview respective profiles online. Corporate travel managers/planners
are required to make appointments with exhibitors they wish to meet
during the show and vice versa.
- Late September: Online Diary
closes. Exhibitors and corporate travel managers/planners will print
their final schedule of appointments made via the Online Diary.
Up to 60 percent (including Online Diary Appointments) of a delegate’s appointments schedule will be prescheduled. ONSITE APPOINTMENTS
Buyers and sellers will fill up the remaining 40 percent of their appointments personally during the on-site Sellers-Meet-Buyers (SMB) Appointment Session and Buyers-Meet-Sellers (BMS) Appointment Session. The SMB session offers buyers and sellers the flexibility of making appointments with exhibitors or buyers they wish to see at the last minute or with whom they have not been successfully matched.
