Buy Green, Sell Green
Asia may not be the standout choice for meeting planners looking to host environmentally conscious events. What exactly are buyers looking to buy? Can Asia deliver, and how can buyers take the destination more seriously?

A Bite of Association Meetings: Flavour of the Month or Indigestion?
Is pulling off a successful association meeting so complicated and financially risky that it will only take off with government leading the bids? Does the industry need some sort of insurance system to mitigate the fear that it may be biting too much than it can chew?

Redefining Destination Marketing
More than ever, value-for-money is the buzzword and nobody wears the label better than Asia. What “deal breakers” – price, service, rich culture, new ideas etc. – still make Asia hot and happening? What else needs to be done?

Inventing the FutureTM: Building a sustainable organisational culture – motivating staff
Rapid change, increasing demands, fewer resources. No wonder people are reporting higher levels of stress than ever before. Almost a half of employers and employees surveyed by Metlife in 2010 have reported an increase in workload just over the past year, and at the same time less than half of employees have been found to be satisfied by their work. The future of business will be all about establishing and maintaining a proactive organisational culture that can support positive transition. The session aims to empower organisational vision and mission, to increase morale, create more opportunities for buy-in, and establish positive principles and actions for moving forward collaboratively.
